We went along to see the new animated film "Corpse Bride" by Tim Burton, and thoroughly enjoyed it.
Yes, the storyline's thin, and it's dark humour - but underneath it all - it's superbly made, and it's amazing how there's so much humour put into the characters.
There's even a little skeleton dog that's as cute as anything, and reminded us of our Lizzie (not that we underfeed her I beg to add!).
Perhaps not best suited for younger children, but a very cleverly crafted film that leaves you with a feel-good factor at the end, and, more importantly ............................ A brilliant antidote to Walt Disney at this time of year!
