I had a lady phone up yesterday who will be coming along to meet up with us very soon. Whilst we were talking about places to go with our dogs, she mentioned Sheringham Park in North Norfolk. This area is run by the National Trust, and welcomes dogs, so long as people clear up after them. I have been there before, many years ago, and it is a nice place. Sheringham Park would probably be an ideal place to organise our first sponsored dog walk to raise for dog charity. Perhaps in June/July time? What does everyone think? A link to the Sheringham Park website is here: www.nationaltrust.org.uk/scripts/nthandbook.dll?ACTION=PROPERTY&PROPERTYID=55

I have directions for a huge sponsored walk 6 miles around the Cley/ Blakeney area and with all the dog friendly pubs around there it could well end up a sponsored stagger. ;D
