DATE FOR CLUB BBQ?

At the last pub meeting - a good suggestion was put forward that the club should arrange a BBQ at the Thetford Forest Visitors Centre. which I believe is called "The Lodge"?

As you know, we are planning a visit to the Thetford area on August 21st, so the big question is .............................. Do we:

A. Incorporate the BBQ in with this existing day out?, or
B. Organise the BBQ on a different day, possibly at shorter notice (say 3 days notice) to guarantee good weather?

My personal thoughts would be to fit it all in to the one day.
A walk in the forest, a BBQ then the Ghost Hunt in the evening when it's spooky

I've spoken to Mark (who'll be supplying the burgers for the BBQ), and this was his thoughts as well - so, it will be on the same day.

We wont be able to come that day now, which I'm very sad about as I was really looking forward to that one We'llbe on hols I'm afraid

I'm hoping very much that we can make this one! me like BBQ's! Hopefully current circumstances will allow, but if not i'm sure the day will be a big sucess with loads of food! ummmmm *dribble dribble*

Have got got some leaflets and info on high lodge visitors centre. will give them to you at the bark in the park tomorrow.

I'd cancel the holiday to come on this day out but Julian wont let me, well gutted

We've had to cancel the 2nd half of our holiday
But it does mean that we can come on the Thetford day out now
