Following on from our successful meeting last Sunday (at the Farmhouse) - a room has been booked for Monday 14th November at the White Horse pub, Trowse, Norwich, from 7.30pm.
The evening will be dedicated to reporting back to memb.ers on the meeting we had with the National Trust, and going into greater detail relating to the planned show. The meeting will also enable memb.ers to put forward any further ideas, and we can also start to plan jobs and roles for the day.
I know that Sunday 25th June 2006 seems a long way off - but I believe it's essential to set out the planning now. This will allow us to look at the various aspects of the plans and develop them to the best of our abilities.
I would like to sincerely thank all those that attended the last meeting, and to those that have so enthusiastically got involved in this venture. As the chairman of this club - I am proud that we have very committed memb.ers that are so supportive of our club. Without your involvement, none of this would be possible.
I look forward to seeing as many of you on the 14th as possible. Normal club night guidelines apply, ie - £1 per person, and a raffle on the night, and .......................... try not to drink too much!
