Hi everyone, Just to announce, after discussions at the AGM on Monday night, we came up with an excellent event for Sunday 9th April. Our very first Bark-at-the-Beach!! It will basically be similar to our monthly Bark-in-the-Park but we will be meeting up on Lowestofts Beach at The Claremont Pier. It's a great opportunity to let all our Gery's run on a surface that they will enjoy, and maybe take a dip too!! The sand at Lowestoft Beach is excellent with not a stone in sight, and is far enough from the roads that all the Gery's can run free and have a blast. Car parking will be easiest in the beach front car park next to the pier, its 55p an hour or you can park on the roadside for free!! Hopefully we will be scheduling another one for later in the year, probably September or October. So bring your Gery's along for some sand, sea and ICE CREAMS!!!!!

Well although the weather was not up to much it was good to see a good number of people & Gerys turn up on the beach yesterday, I'm sure that all the dogs had fun, I know Sophie hasn't moved much since we got home!! I'm actually taking her down there again this afternoon (she doesn't know it yet!!).
I think we should definatley do it again in September when the dogs are allowed back on the beach again, Might even still be warm then!!

Yes Stuart, I'd be up for that and I think T n T will be too. Can't ask them at the moment - both flat out:>) Thanks for setting yesterday up, most enjoyable and not too cold. I expect the food stand's profits were up quite a bit, largely thanks to Johnny

Hi cam, Welcome to the fun board and thanks for posting the picture - I can see both my Pixie & Palace in the pic and of course Ben, my son, being 'attacked' - He thought that was hilarious! You should've seen all the sand we took home with us in the car
