Here's the ideal opportunity to meet up with our buckets and spades, and take our hounds down to the beautiful sandy beach of Lowestoft. Please meet outside the Claremont Pier at 2pm, and form an orderly queue behind Johnny, as he gets his portion of chips and a donut or two! You will find reasonably priced car parks near the front.

We would love to come along but Meg is in season (her first) so might not be such a good idea, don't want to send those boys wild Maybe we could borrow a dog for the Day or maybe just come down for the chips and donuts!!! Tracey.

What a fantastic turnout today - there were some 25 of us down at the beach, and what a beautiful, sunny day it was. It was more like a mid-summer's day! Star & Sugar had a great time, running around with all the other Gery's, and they've been asleep (and out of trouble) since we've been home!

I had a lovely afternoon, so thank you all! Jack is very very very very tired now honestly, he can be quiet and still!! He was sworn to secrecy not to tell Abi where he'd been, but think she had a good sniff of us and guessed Was great to meet Rocco + Sheya, and of course Steve, Tina and James. Welcome to our club and hope to see you all at an event very soon. SJx

P.S Ben caught the sun on his face (despite factor 50) and now has a lovely healthy glow about him - bit like a ready break kid

So glad that you made it down to the beach with Rocco and Sheya As you can imagine, Meg would've caused havoc with her being in season. We actually weren't too far away, on Yarmouth beach dog walking for Norfolk and Suffolk Animal Rescue (Jonnie and Flash) the greyhounds Any pics of the day? See you all again next time. Tracey XX

Thanks Cam, the beach looks empty (apart from us) on the pics but there were loads of people there catching a few rays on such a lovely day
