The club's Annual General Meeting will be held at The C.ock pub, Lakenham, from 7.30pm.
The pub is on Long John Hill - the part that comes off the Ring Road AWAY from the city, under the railway bridge in the direction of Arminghall. The pub is located just down Long John Hill, on the left.
Please make every effort to come to the AGM, as it's each member's opportunity to have a say in the running of the club.
The existing committee will be standing down, and it's then down to the members to elect a new committee.
If you (or someone you wish to put forward) wishes to be considered to stand as a candidate for the committee, please let us know as soon as possible. Candidates will need to have been a fully paid-up member of the club for at least four months.
