I thought so too 'til I saw videos of him racing. Then I realised how good he was - 21 wins out of 67 races. Walks in squirrel territory need sharp reflexes if you want to keep your shoulder joints intact!!! But looking at him now curled up in his cage you'd think that 'butter wouldn't melt!'

He raced as 'Northsea Tel' and answers to it, so I've stuck with it

he's got a compleate pedigree aswell. rare that. there's usually one or two dogs classed as 'unknown dog'. Skipping Chick, Lemon Soda, Skelligs Tiger, Slaneyside Hare, Sand Princess, Silver Moll, Gracefull Queen, Brilliant Chimes, Peruvian Style, Prince of Rocks, Linda's Champion and quite a few more are also relatives of a dog recently rehomed from the rescue center I work at 'Dreaming Maid' she was called...but we called her Molly. Some of those names ring a bell, Linda's Champion, Peruvian Style, Skipping Chick, Lemon Soda etc. are all related to our Pixie. So Tel & Pixie are kind of distant cousins... very distant |
