being let down by companies

hi tanya i know how you feel i have recently purchased a show lead from petcetera etc and realised when i recieved it that it wasnt the right size so i called them and they seemed more than happy to exchange it and told me to send it back which i did .Three weeks later and numerous phonecalls later i still have not recieved my lead which cost me 30 pounds . I feel very let down and will certainly not purchase anything from them again How these companies get away with it is beyond me you are honest enough to pay for goods before you recive them and are treated like dirt it is shameful If anybody has anything similar happen please let me know as they shouldnt be allowed to get away with this thankyou

Hi: I completely sympathise with you.
The best policy is - "Name and Shame" them.
We've had countless run-in's with businesses as well.

hi jhonny its great to see you have such positive feedback from your customers on ebay its always nice to know there are some real genuine people about its always the bad amongst us that spoil it for everyone else keep up the good work! my husband sean loves all the old memorabilia being in the army so you have now opened a whole new can of worms and probably more clutter for me to sort out ( he will not appreciate me saying this so better do it before he comes back !
