I'm just listening to that song "Because of You" on the radio, and it struck me how similar her vocal style was to Lucie Silvas. That song sounds incredibly like a Lucie Silvas song doesn't it? I like her music. I just wish they didn't play her every 10mins on the radio. That's the problem with "mainstream" radio, and their incredibly blinkered approach (aka "playlists"). That's why I'm a big advocate of AOL Radio. That's got thousands of artists, and you really hear some unusual artists on there.  |
