I don't know how many of you have heard of Rachael Sage? Kitty & I have three of her albums. She's quite a consistently good songwriter, and she has one of those voices that is very unique. She made a video for her song "Wildflower". If you're a Tori Amos fan - I think you'll find some parallels here. I'll list the link to the video below, and (fingers crossed), I hope it comes out OK: rachaelsage.com/multi.html#

**NEWS UPDATE**I have received an email newsletter from Rachael's mailing list, and it appears she's coming over to the UK in the middle of November this year. I've already been in touch with SJ, and between us, we're working on the idea of hiring a venue, and trying to get Rachael up here to Norwich/Norfolk. Wouldn't it be great to get Rachael to play for us? Interested in helping out, or attending? I'll place a link below to one of Rachael's CD's on CDBaby.com, and you can check out a couple of minutes worth of some of her songs. Incidentally, I was the first to review her album "Public Record" on CD Baby - it's the first of fifteen reviews (all 4-5 stars) at the end of the page. cdbaby.com/cd/sage5

Latest News Update - There's a pretty strong possibility of Rachael playing Norwich. I'm in touch with her tour manageress, and we're looking at S-J's suggestion of the Queen Charlotte pub, Dereham Rd (hopefully with S-J as a warm-up act for Rachael). I also should be in a position to offer a limit amount of FREE tickets to Gery Club members! More news as it develops.

IT'S TONIGHT!!!! Yes, tonight's the BIG night! For those of you who listen to the radio - Rachael will be on BBC Radio Norfolk at 3pm today - on the Roy Waller show. She's taking in her keyboard, and will be performing live. How cool is that! Good luck to both Rachael and S-J for tonight. We're really looking forward to it.

Rachael's MySpace has been updated with some comments relating to her visit to Norwich. There's a photo of S-J, Kitty & Rachael on there. Check out her Myspace page by clicking on the link below, and checking out the third column on the righthand side of the page ("Rachael's Latest Blog Entry") and then clicking on "Home from the UK". profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewprofile&friendid=12954370I also have an email from her tour manageress (Meredith), which has an MP3 player link of the interview Rachael had on BBC Radio Norfolk with Roy Waller. Rachael took her keyboards into the studio, and played two of her songs live on air - What a lady! If you would like to hear that interview, please contact me, and I can forward you the email with the link.
