*ADOPTED* Trooper - Ideal first time hound!

Easy going, 4 year old, black, neutered, male lurcher.
Trooper is the size of a small, male greyhound.
He is extremely affectionate and intelligent, with big brown eyes that WILL melt your heart.
He is house, lead and car trained, and uses a dog door!
Trooper loves people, gets on well with other dogs, and has only an average dog's interest in cats.
He loves his daily runs in the forest off-lead, he won't be out of sight for long, and his recall is excellent.
At home, Trooper is a cuddly couch potato.
His fosterer cannot recommend him highly enough, and she will really miss him when he goes.
Trooper would make a super first time hound for someone.

Currently in foster care in Ireland, but transport can be arranged to the UK.
