The Met Office has currently (Sunday 05/10/08 - 7.00am) got a severe weather warning in place for the East of England.

They forecast heavy rain throughout the day, and until an hour or so before dusk.
Under the circumstances, the meet-up has been cancelled.
I will try to contact everyone by phone, if we have their phone number.
