Hi all, I am new on the message board and own a cute 6 years old male whippet (he's french pedigree ). I am wondering how to do to find him a partner as I am thinking it is time for him to get some babies! I would be very pleased to get some suggestions... I will introduce him in the newbies zone soon! Many thanks in advance Vincent

hi and welcome , i would like to ask , why do you feel you want to breed? not trying to put you off at all but in the current climate , it would be very unwise unless you have at least 10 homes lined up? what has you dog excelled at to make him a worthy sire ? is he showbred , working coursing bred? every day in the uk many unwanted purebred as well as cross bred puppies are handed in to shelters and rescues simply because the owner didnt have homes and is unable to cope with an unsold litter, i am guessing you adore your boy and rightly so!!! so any home for puppies would have to be as good , are you sure you could do that?
good luck in whatever you decide and welcome to the forum
